The company, founded in the UK in 1996 began its GMS Loyalty portfolio managing exclusive hotel membership programmes for boutique and standalone hotels. Today, GMS operates programmes for over 200 four and five star hotels in the Asia Pacific region and boasts complete local infrastructure and supporting services in all of its operations.

The company’s ground-breaking collaboration with InXpress and DHL fuelled the company growth in the logistics arena and allowed GMS Logistics to revolutionise the way forward for the express shipping needs of small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s). GMS Technology, the IT division of the company has developed the proprietary software platforms to support the company’s core businesses including Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), Content Management Systems (CMS) and a global Logistics Industry Customer Interface System (Webship). GMS Group continues to grow rapidly in its geographical reach and is incorporated in 20 countries across Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific region, with more than 1,400 staff in over 120 offices.
